I Am A Lot

I am a lot,
Even for me.
My mind runs hot.
My body feels pressure,
Like a fire hydrant
Ready to quench an inferno.
Ideas flow through my flesh,
rising to a rolling boil in my brain.

And, psshhhhhhh!
Clouds of words
Escape my mouth as a steam.

I want to connect with you.
I want to share and explore
Feelings and ideas together.
I do apologize for the burns.
