We each want to be sustained for being ourselves.
We all benefit when we are sustained for being ourselves.

When we are ourselves, we pay attention to the people around us.
When we are ourselves, we are attuned to the present, to this moment.
When we are ourselves, we are ready to act and to do what needs to be done at this time.

When we are ourselves, we are here to listen deeply and ask questions.
When we are ourselves, our concern is with what is and what can be, but we are unworried about the future.
When we are ourselves, we are full of love and unconditional positive regard for those around us
When we are ourselves, we are inspired by the dreams and desires of those we encounter.

When we are ourselves, we are in tune with our guts.
When we are ourselves, we are able to discern using our guts.
When we are ourselves, we can get exhausted, but will not get stressed.
When we are ourselves, we can speak and listen and hold space. We can plan with others. We can write. We can discover meaning. We can find joy in meaning.

When we are ourselves, we are an inspiration for those we encounter. We demonstrate a way of perceiving the world and perceiving our relationships with each other. We give others hope that following their path will succeed. We provide evidence of the divine and we feel a divine presence walking with us on our paths.
